I'm currently looking for someone quiet, clean and responsible to rent my basement suite in Mayland Heights. It's very bright, clean and open with two bedrooms, one full bathroom, separate entrance, stove and fridge. We're located close to schools, parks, train stations, bus stations, gym, bank, grocery store, deerfoot, 16th Ave, the Zoo and downtown.

Rent includes all utilities, cable and high speed internet and private parking spot in the back. I'm asking $850 for one person, $950 for two. The only thing shared between upstairs and downstairs is the laundry/storage room.
